PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canton Village Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, commencing at 5:30pm, to receive public comment on an application for a special use permit at 117 Miner Street, Canton, NY 13617. The applicant is requesting permission to store construction equipment at this location, and requires a special use permit to allow construction equipment to occupy a space for a time period exceeding 30 days.
The meeting will be convened in the boardroom of the Municipal Building at 60 Main Street, Canton, NY, where the public may attend. A Zoom virtual meeting option will also be made available. The public is invited to comment during the public hearing, and to view or listen to the meeting in person or via Zoom. Zoom connection information is available on the municipal website at www.cantonny.gov.
Public comments may also be submitted via email addressed to chairperson Barry Walch, at [email protected] or by regular mail addressed to the Canton Village Planning Board, 60 Main Street, Canton, NY 13617, to be received by 4:00pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, and will be made part of the record of the public hearing and meeting.
