“As a result of former Board Member Bob Santamoor’s resignation on 3/13/24, the Canton Town Board is interested in appointing a town resident to fill the open seat up to 12/31/24.
By election law, the open seat will be on the ballot in November. The election will be for those interested in finishing Bob Santamoor’s seat for the remaining three years ending 12/31/27.
Town of Canton residents may send a letter of interest to the board, by mail or email, to Town Supervisor Mary Ann Ashley ([email protected]) 60 Main Street, Canton, NY. 13617 no later than April 5, 2024 at 1 p.m.
