TOWN OF CANTON
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Canton will hold a Public Hearing before its regular Board Meeting on August 9, 2023, at 5:45 PM, at the Town Hall, 60 Main Street, Canton, NY 13617 for the purpose of considering a local law regulating all Anaerobic Digester development in the Town of Canton, County of St. Lawrence, and State of New York. A copy of the proposed local law is available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town of Canton’s website located at https://cantonny.gov/. The public is invited to comment during the public hearing, and to view or listen to the meeting via Zoom.
