LEGAL NOTICE
PURSUANT to Section 108 of Town Law:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Preliminary Town of Canton 2024 budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2024, has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk at 60 Main Street, Canton, NY. It is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board will meet and review the budget and hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building on Thursday, November 2, 2023- at 6 p.m. The public may also send comments to Town Clerk Heidi Smith at [email protected] by 4 p.m.
Any person may be heard via electronic transmission by zoom. Link may be found below or at www.cantonny.gov.

Highway Superintendent – $69,127
