The Town of Canton will hold a Public Hearing on February 13, 2020, at 5:30 pm in the Canton Municipal Building, 60 Main Street, Canton, New York for the purpose of considering a local law adopting a Moratorium on all energy storage system development (as defined therein) operating within the Town.

The Town of Canton will hold a Public Hearing on February 13, 2020 at 5:45 pm in the Canton Municipal Building, 60 Main Street, Canton, New York for the purpose of considering a local law amending Local Law 2 of 2003 by increasing the amount of allowed exemptions for improvements on one and two family houses from fifty thousand to eighty thousand dollars.
