PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canton Village Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, commencing at 4:30pm, to receive public comment on an application for a home occupation at 28 Goodrich Street, Canton, NY 13617.
Both this public hearing and the following Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting will be conducted by use of Zoom video-conference, in accordance with legislation signed by Governor Hochul extending virtual access to public meetings under New York State’s Open Meetings Law – S.50001/A.40001, which allows New Yorkers to virtually participate in local government meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic. The public is invited to comment during the public hearing, and to view or listen to the meeting by the following means:
