PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canton Town Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing via Zoom Virtual Meeting on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, commencing at 6:00pm, to receive public comment on an application for an Area Variance/Sub-Division at 5172 County Route 27. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow a smaller parcel than the 1 acre minimum as required by code. The request has been denied by the Code Enforcement Officer. The Zoom link will be available on the Canton Municipal website calendar at www.cantonny.gov.
Public comments may also be submitted via email addressed to chairperson Matthew Scafidi-McGuire, at [email protected] or by regular mail addressed to the Canton Town ZBA, 60 Main Street, Canton, NY 13617, to be received by 4:00pm on Tuesday, December 7, and will be made part of the record of the public hearing and meeting.
