PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canton Town Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, commencing at 7:00pm, to receive public comment on a proposed Bed & Breakfast located at a home at 3100 County Route 21, Canton, NY 13617.
The meeting will be conducted remotely as authorized by Senate Bill 7623-A and Assembly Bill 8591, and approved by Governor Kathy Hochul, effective September 14, 2021. The public is invited to view or listen to the public hearing, and to comment during same. The Zoom link for the meeting will be available on the Canton Municipal website calendar at www.cantonny.gov.
Public comments may also be submitted via email addressed to Chairperson Debra Backus at [email protected], or by regular mail addressed to the Chairperson at 60 Main Street, Canton, NY 13617, to be received by 4:00pm on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, and such public comments will be made part of the record of the meeting.
A regular meeting of the Canton Town Planning Board is scheduled to commence immediately following the preceding public hearing, at which time the Board will consider and may take action on the proposed project.
