Phantoms in the Park

There will be games and other activity for the children as well as free pumpkins to decorate and take home. We will start off the event with a costume contest awarding prizes for: the scariest, most original, funniest, most patriotic, cutest, most creative use of recycled materials and family of phantoms. At 1pm we will begin our parade to down town where participating business will hand out candy to all the children.

Businesses wanting to be on the trick or treat list: Please call the chamber office at 315-386-8255 to be placed on the list. If we don’t have you on the list we may miss you on the route and we don’t want to miss anyone! Any chamber business is welcome to set up a table in the park or contact the chamber office we would gladly hand out your goodies at our table and display a sign with your business name. We have had as many as 350 children in the past for this event. Kinney Drugs offers a 10% discount to any business purchasing candy for this event.
