Phantoms in the Park
Join us for our Annual Phantoms in the Park event! There will be costume contests, pumpkin decorating, face painting and more! Candy will be handed out in the park as well as at some participating downtown businesses. There will be no “parade” this year, trick-or-treat in the park or through town at your own pace!
