Town Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting

Please take notice that the Canton Town Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, commencing at 5:00 pm, to receive public comment on an application for an Area Variance at 1911 CR 21. The applicant is requesting a variance from the required 200 foot road frontage. The request has been denied by the Code Enforcement Officer.Both this public hearing and the following Board of Appeals regular meeting will be conducted by use of Zoom video-conference.
