The meeting will be conducted by use of Zoom video-conference, as authorized by Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1 (extended by Executive Orders 202.14, 202.28, 202.38, and 202.48) and Executive Order 202.15 (extended by Executive Orders 202.29 202.39, 202.49, 202.55, 202.60, 202.67, 202.72 and 202.79).
