The Village of Canton Planning Board is conducting a public hearing and site plan review at the Canton Municipal Building, 60 Main Street, February 20, 2018 at 7:00pm. The property being discussed is the Rectory of Grace Episcopal Church. The proposal is to use the building as a boarding house. There will be a resident manager and a maximum of eight tenants. There is no plan to change the exterior of the building. The permit to operate the facility is expected to be limited to three years duration. This would be a great opportunity for someone interested in Real Estate!
