NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Canton will hold a Public Hearing before its regularly scheduled July Board Meeting on July 13th, 2021, at 5:45 PM for the purpose of considering a local law to regular Battery Energy Storage Systems in the Town of Canton, County of St. Lawrence. A copy of the proposed law is available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town of Canton’s website located here. The Public Hearing will be in-person at 60 Main Street, Canton, NY, in the Court Room. The public may observe the hearing via Zoom Live Stream only, or written comments may be sent to Supervisor Mary Ann Ashley at [email protected] or Town Clerk Karin Blackburn at [email protected] by 7/12/2021.
