PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canton Town Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, commencing at 6:00pm, to receive public comment for a special use permit request. The request is to open a proposed Solar Project located at 95 Judson Street Road, Canton, NY 13617.
The public hearing and following regular meeting of the Planning Board will be held in the boardroom of the municipal building located at 60 Main Street, Canton, NY 13617.
Public comments may also be submitted via email addressed to Chairperson Debra Backus at [email protected], or by regular mail addressed to the Chairperson at 60 Main Street, Canton, NY 13617, to be received by 4:00pm on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, and such public comments will be made part of the record of the meeting.
A regular meeting of the Canton Town Planning Board is scheduled to commence immediately following the preceding public hearing, at which time the Board will consider and may take action on the proposed project.
