PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canton Town Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 commencing at 5:00 pm, to receive public comment on an application for an Area Variance at 1911 CR 21. The applicant is requesting a variance from the required 200 foot road frontage. The request has been denied by the Code Enforcement Officer.
Both this public hearing and the following Board of Appeals regular meeting will be conducted by use of Zoom video-conference.

Public comments may also be submitted via email addressed to chairperson Jonathan Pinckney, at [email protected] or by regular mail addressed to the Canton Town ZBA, 60 Main Street, Canton, NY 13617, to be received by 4:00pm on Wednesday, October 7th and will be made part of the record of the public hearing and meeting.
The Town of Canton Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on October 7, 2020 immediately following the preceding public hearing which begins at 5:00 pm, via Zoom virtual meeting.
