PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canton Town Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, commencing at 5:00pm, to receive public comment on an application for an Area Variance at 15 Pollack Road. The applicant would like to use 15 Pollack Road to build a new garage, and is requesting a 3-foot setback from the side property line. The request has been denied by the Code Enforcement Officer.
Both this public hearing and the following Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting will be conducted by use of Zoom video-conference, as authorized by Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Executive Order #202.1 issued on March 12, 2020; Executive Order 202.14 issued on April 7, 2020; and Executive Order #202.15 issued on April 9, 2020. The public is invited to comment during the public hearing, and to view or listen to the meeting by any of the following means:
