PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canton Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, commencing at 7:00pm, to receive public comment on an application for interpretation at 30 Miner St. The applicant would like to use 30 Miner St for an independent school. The usage of this property has been denied by the Code Enforcement Officer. The applicant is requesting that the ZBA interpret the Canton Village Zoning Code number 325-11.B(1)(r) as pertains to using 30 Miner St for an independent school.

Both this public hearing and the following Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting will be conducted by use of Zoom video-conference, as authorized by Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Executive Order #202.1 issued on March 12, 2020; Executive Order 202.14 issued on April 7, 2020; and Executive Order #202.15 issued on April 9, 2020. The public is invited to comment during the public hearing, and to view or listen to the meeting by any of the following means:
