LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canton Village Board of Trustees, the Canton Town Board, and the Rensselaer Falls Village Board of Trustees will hold a joint meeting on Monday, October 7, 2019, at the Rensselaer Falls Fire Station at 424 Rensselaer Street in Rensselaer Falls, New York, commencing at 6:00pm, to receive public comment and to discuss and consider final passage of the Town of Canton, Village of Canton, and Village of Rensselaer Falls Comprehensive Plan.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon conclusion of the aforesaid joint meeting, the Canton Village Board of Trustees will convene a special meeting at the Rensselaer Falls Fire Station at 424 Rensselaer Street in Rensselaer Falls, New York, to discuss and consider adoption of a $1,250,000 bond resolution to finance a project that will install water pipes from Lincoln Street to the east bank of the Grasse River, including borings under the river to the Maple Hill Subdivision.
