On Friday, May 22, Governor Cuomo announced the NY Forward Loan Fund, targeting small businesses that did not receive federal COVID-19 assistance. USDA Loan Guarantee Program
On Thursday, May 21, the US Secretary of Agriculture announced $1 billion in loan guarantees to help rural businesses meet their working capital needs during the coronavirus pandemic. The department began accepting applications on May 22, 2020. Applications must be received no later than midnight EDT June 22, 2020, or before funds are expended. Adirondack Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) Microloans
The AEDC has created a short-term disaster loan fund for small, working capital microloans. Click here for the information sheet. Northern New York Community Foundation Grant
The Rock Charitable Fund of the Northern NY Community foundation has announced grant availability for 2020. This fund offers support for St Lawrence County’s churches, cemeteries, places of historical significance, and military veterans programs. You can get more information about this program here.
