Recreation Laborer

Full-time Recreation Laborer

Full-time position responsible for performance of general labor, maintenance and construction tasks to include but not limited to mowing, janitorial duties, snow removal and ice rink maintenance. Typical work activities include use of common hand and power tools, routine physical labor, basic computer skills, as well as the ability to interact with a broad range of community members and to understand and carry out oral and written instructions given by the Recreation Director. These tasks would be performed at the Recreation Pavilion ice rink, Taylor Park, and other recreation facilities, parks, and trails.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at time of employment, have good interpersonal skills, and willing to work evenings and weekends. Training will be provided. Position begins immediately.
