RECREATION LABORER (part-time)
Village of Canton, New York
Part-time position (with potential to full-time) responsible for performance of general labor, maintenance and construction tasks to include but not limited to mowing, cleaning, snow removal and ice maintenance. Typical work activities include use of common hand and power tools, routine physical labor, basic computer skills, as well as the ability to interact with a broad range of customers and to understand and carry out oral and written instructions given by the Recreation Director. These tasks would be performed at the Recreation Pavilion, Taylor Park, and other recreation facilities, parks, and trails. Applicant must be 18 years or age or older, and willing to work evenings and weekends. Positions begin immediately.
